1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the prk998 platform ("prk998", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at prk998.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the prk998 website, mobile interface, software, games, sportsbook and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

prk998 is an English-language online gaming information and platform site. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and prk998 does not represent that its services are authorised, licensed or regulated by any Pakistani governmental authority.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Platform"

The prk998 website, applications, tools, games, sportsbook and all associated services available at prk998.cam.

"Account"

A personal account registered by a User on the Platform, which grants access to betting, gaming and financial transaction features.

"Balance"

The total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits, bonus funds and winnings, each as separately designated within the Account interface.

"Bonus Funds"

Promotional credits awarded by prk998 under specific offer terms. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until all applicable conditions have been satisfied.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under anti-money laundering obligations and operator compliance policies.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total amount a User must stake before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.

"Restricted Territories"

Jurisdictions from which the Platform does not accept registrations or wagers, as designated by the operator from time to time.

"PKR"

Pakistani Rupee — the currency denomination referenced throughout this Platform for illustrative and account-display purposes.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. By registering an Account, you declare and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. prk998 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Registration is not permitted for individuals who are legally incapacitated, are acting under guardianship, or are otherwise restricted by law from entering into gaming agreements.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple or alternate Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same natural person (based on matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment instruments or other indicators), prk998 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any associated balances or pending winnings.

3.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

The Platform is not available to users accessing from jurisdictions designated as Restricted Territories by the operator. Users are responsible for ensuring that access to the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The use of VPN, proxy or other obfuscation tools to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. The name on your Account must match the name on the payment instruments used to fund that Account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. prk998 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or the email address listed in Section 15.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations, prk998 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC for users in Pakistan), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by prk998 at the time of the transaction. Payment methods referenced on the Platform (including options familiar to users in Pakistan such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are mentioned as contextual references only. These references do not constitute a guarantee that specific payment providers support gambling transactions, nor do they imply endorsement or operational affiliation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where technically possible;
• The account holder's name must match the name registered on the payment instrument;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed;
• The Account must be in good standing, with no active fraud, chargeback or compliance investigations.

prk998 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the chosen payment route, KYC status and internal compliance review. No interest accrues on funds held pending withdrawal processing.

5.3 Currency

The Platform displays balances and transaction values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Currency conversion, if required, is applied at the rate determined by the operator or the payment processor at the time of the transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions and free bets offered by prk998 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In all cases where a conflict arises between the general Terms herein and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the sum of both, as specified in the relevant offer. Example: a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all active bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum qualifying stake per round or per event is as specified in the offer terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live-dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific offer terms for the applicable contribution table.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period stated in the offer (typically 7–30 days from activation). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap. This cap is stated in each promotional offer and applies regardless of the actual balance accumulated.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions

prk998 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a User has abused or attempted to abuse a promotional offer. This includes, but is not limited to, collusion with other users, creation of duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, hedging strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and any other conduct inconsistent with good-faith participation.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers and other gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable at the time of the bet. The following general principles apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed. prk998 does not accept cancellation requests for settled bets.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, prk998 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise rendered void in accordance with applicable sporting rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific sport rules provide otherwise.
• prk998 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict market access or close markets at any time and without prior notice, including in relation to specific events such as Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches or ICC tournaments.
• The outcome of all games operated on a Random Number Generator (RNG) is determined by certified software. Results are final once confirmed by the system.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the single-Account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that is unlawful under applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities; any winnings obtained through a demonstrable software malfunction may be voided;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Making chargebacks or reversals of genuine deposits made on the Platform;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward platform staff or other users.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design and compiled data, is the intellectual property of prk998 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped or republished in any form without the express prior written consent of prk998.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over Platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prk998 and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

prk998 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gambling

prk998 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, which are accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and are not easily reversed.

This Platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 or above (or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction). 12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by prk998

prk998 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• The Account is involved in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
• A compliance or AML obligation requires investigation;
• The Account has been subject to a chargeback or payment dispute.

12.2 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion. Closure requests made under a self-exclusion designation are processed in accordance with our responsible gambling policy.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under their local consumer protection laws to the extent those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Amendments to These Terms

prk998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via in-platform notification or email. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
